Belzole Soap

A cleansing bar combining ketoconazole with shea butter and glycerin. Ketoconazole is an azole antifungal active against dermatophytes and Malassezia, while the emollients temper the drying effect a medicated bar can have. Used as an adjunct to prescribed antifungal therapy rather than a treatment on its own.
