IPCA Keraglo-AD Lotion

A lotion whose listed active is ketoconazole, a broad antifungal. Ketoconazole blocks ergosterol synthesis in the fungal cell membrane, which is how it acts on Malassezia in dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Applied to affected skin or scalp; it is a medicated lotion rather than a general moisturiser.
